2. Contact form

When you submit a message through the contact form, your name, email address and the content of your message are collected and sent to my inbox. A timestamp is also recorded for spam protection.

Purpose: to respond to your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Storage: messages are retained for up to twelve months after the conversation ends, unless the exchange leads to an ongoing collaboration or a longer retention is required by law.

3. Hosting and email

This site and its email service (hello@franciellymonteiro.com) are operated by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you visit the site, Hostinger automatically logs technical data your browser transmits, including IP address, time of access, URL accessed and browser type, for security and stability purposes (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to and stored on Hostinger's email infrastructure. Hostinger acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. 4. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: request information about the personal data I hold about you (Art. 15), request correction (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
